Is CohortDeck really free?
Yes. Everything you need to run applications, cohorts, demo days, events and reports is free with no time limit. The only limits are 2,000 emails and 200 AI agent runs a month, 10 GB of storage and one custom domain.
How do you make money?
From mentoring. CohortDeck is built by Mentornity, a mentoring platform used by programs and organizations. When a program wants to run mentoring, office hours or investor meetings at scale, it upgrades that part. The rest stays free.
Can I bring my existing data?
Yes. Import past applications and your startup list from Excel, CSV, Google Sheets, Airtable or an F6S export. Keep using Airtable if you like: the sync works both ways.
Who owns the data?
You and your founders do. Founders decide what the program and the public can see, financials are shown as ranges, and you can export everything at any time.
Is it only for accelerators?
